Dendeng Manis


Bahan:
  • 300 gr daging has dalam, iris tipis - tipis
  • minyak goreng secukupnya

Bumbu :

  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 1 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
  • 1/2 sdm jintan, sangrai, haluskan
  • 3 sdm air asam jawa
  • 3 sdm air gula jawa
  • garam dan merica bubuk secukupnya
